Designing a slideshow feature for multimedia knowledge bases.

We received user feedback and feature requests for the ability to create slideshows with content from a Project. Before the series feature, users could only experience content through a timeline, a map, or a gallery grid (with varying support for search and filtering).

This feature would help with satisfying user requests, and creating more users per organization, which directly impacted company revenue.

Role

I was the Product Designer in charge of research, designing feature options, usability testing, iteration, and helping with ticket writing and QA review.
